Is this accompaniment psychological or emotional therapy?1

No. Although my background is in Psychology, I do not offer clinical therapy. The process I propose helps identify internal patterns, understand why they repeat, and transform them from within to regain well-being, clarity, and autonomy.

Can I start even if I’m not sure what’s happening to me?2

Yes. You don’t need to be able to name it. Many people arrive with just a sense of blockage or discomfort. Through the process, we unravel what is repeating and from where you are mentally sustaining it. That is precisely the starting point.

Can I do this process if I’m already in therapy or coaching?3

Yes, as long as we talk about it beforehand. In many cases, this work is complementary and adds a specific perspective: detecting and transforming the patterns that sustain what you’re experiencing. If needed, we coordinate with other professionals.

At what age is this internal change process recommended?4

It is aimed at adults, usually from around 25 years old, who are in a moment of reflection, life change, or search for meaning. I also work with leaders and teams who want to improve clarity, leadership, and collective well-being.

How will I know if this process is right for me?5

In the first session you’ll already see whether this approach helps you gain more clarity about what’s happening and what you need. From there, we decide together whether to continue, without commitment. The most important thing is that it’s useful to you.
